Although this picture was taken a few days ago on Kalista's actual birthday, it was a much more successful cake experience than today's repeat birthday cake celebration. No messy face pictures....just messy hair and hands. She clapped at the end of everyone's beautiful rendition of "Happy Birthday" and enjoyed all the attention. She did great today and let many people carry her around the house. She just loves to be held and she knows that her cute chubby cheeks are the winning ticket to melt anyone's heart.
We have not had a chance to upload any of the pictures from the party, but we will for sure post some in the next day or two for those who were unable to come by. We just want to thank everyone who came, that we really appreciate all of you spending part of your Sunday with us and Kalista thanks everyone for their generous gifts (which were totally unnecessary by the way...since she has plenty of toys and entertainment in her big playroom).
